Delete your account

You can delete your Fidamor account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Me, then Settings, and choose Delete account.

On the website

Sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account.

Can't sign in?

E-mail [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, verification selfie and face data, about text, questionnaire and sensitive answers, location, likes, matches and messages — at once. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires, and reports about rule breaks and the record of your consents are kept for safety and as proof.
